I scheduled an appointment online for Saturday and arrived a little early. When I walked in, the technician greeted me and asked, “Are you picking up?” I explained that I had an appointment. He then asked if I had scheduled it online, and when I confirmed that I had, he told me they couldn’t get me in until Monday. The staff was otherwise friendly, but the online appointment system clearly isn’t functioning as expected. If Saturday appointments aren’t actually available through the online scheduling service, that should be reflected there so customers aren’t able to book appointments that the location can’t honor. I’m giving four stars because I appreciate the service overall, but the online scheduling process definitely needs some attention.

I called Dobbs for an inspection and they had availability for that same morning. Customer service is always top notch. The price of the inspection was also very reasonable. I appreciate how kind they were. They were also very busy, but they were able to complete my inspection sooner than I anticipated given how busy they appeared to be. Thank you Dobbs for another great experience.

Dropped off in the morning for inspections. It was done by noon , which was amazing. Would definitely go back. The only negative thing was that it was 6:40 and both garage doors were up so there was nowhere to drop the key and no one in sight. Had to wait a bit for someone to walk up to grab the key from me. Other than that, super fast and excellent service. Thank you!

I understand that some of what happened may have been outside the staff's control, but at the end of the day, that's not my responsibility as a customer. The service I received was simply not good. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told that I didn't need an appointment if I planned to drop the vehicle off and pick it up at the end of the day. When I dropped it off on Wednesday, Steve assured me it would be completed by the end of the day. Around 4:00 PM, I called to check on the status. Steve answered, asked me to hold while he checked, and left me on hold for 20 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back. When I was asked to hold again, I explained that I had already been on hold for 20 minutes and simply wanted an update on my vehicle. At that point, Steve informed me that the work would not be completed that day. My options were to pick up the vehicle or leave it overnight so they could get to it the next morning. He cited staffing issues, computer system issues and being "pulled in 20 different directions" as the reason for the delay. While I understand challenges happen, those internal issues shou

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION! Not the integrity you would hope for. Car was returned after being repaired by this Dobbs with missing toggle stick to adjust windshield wipers. Car was in there for check engine light- nothing to do with windshield wipers. They said it was stolen by the tow truck driver. The car was towed there without us, and the called us after it was dropped off to say they needed a key. They emailed us with this information and pictures of it only two hours before car was picked up. Car had been there for ~a month. Windshield wipers will not function without it and they said they can’t do anything about it. Are we supposed to not drive anytime it rains? I wanted to make others aware of this and the lack of communication on that front so this doesn’t to anyone else in the meantime. Car was also returned with tire light still on and only 22lbs of air in tire.
